Its high-pressure water precision cleaning technology effectively removes oil stains and aluminum scraps from deep holes of engine blocks and electric drive housings without generating pollution. For automotive interior parts, pure water cutting technology delivers smooth cuts free of thermal deformation, eliminating the need for secondary trimming. The precision water cutting solution also enables accurate cutting of flow channels and holes on metal valve plates, protecting components from stress and dimensional tolerance damage.

High-pressure water jet deburring is a non-contact precision process. It pressurizes water to 50MPa via high-pressure units, then ejects a high-energy jet through a fine nozzle. CNC or robotic positioning enables precise removal of burrs, flash and inner-hole chips through impact and shear force. It finishes deburring and surface cleaning in one go, with no damage to workpiece dimension or surface finish.

By boosting ordinary tap water to tens to hundreds of megapascals and ejecting it through specialized tiny nozzles, the high-speed water jets remove tiny machining burrs and metal debris thoroughly. The water jet stripping technology can peel off protective films on battery cells without harming electrode sheets and aluminum-plastic shells. Moreover, the ultra-high pressure pure water stripping method safely removes old paint from lifting tools and test vehicles in painting workshops, with zero chemical corrosion.

Precision High-Pressure Cleaning Center is an advanced, fully enclosed industrial washing system engineered specifically for high-precision manufacturing environments. This state-of-the-art equipment is primarily utilized to cleanstrong tray-packed and barrel-packed tooling (jigs and fixtures) within the electronics sector, ensuring the strict removal of contaminants while maintaining operational efficiency.
