High-pressure water jet deburring is a non-contact precision process. It pressurizes water to 50MPa via high-pressure units, then ejects a high-energy jet through a fine nozzle. CNC or robotic positioning enables precise removal of burrs, flash and inner-hole chips through impact and shear force. It finishes deburring and surface cleaning in one go, with no damage to workpiece dimension or surface finish.

In addition, our ultra-high pressure water jet deburring technology stands out for precision machining.
