The Bundle Blaster system offers a powerful and affordable automated solution for external cleaning of heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, and other industrial tube bundles. This system is ideal for contractors and plants interested in low maintenance, cost-effective, easy-to-use equipment. The Bundle Blaster is safer and more effective than traditional hand-held methods of shell side cleaning, and 1/3 of the cost of trailer mounted systems.

The entire modular assembly disassembles quickly with basic hand tools, while optional tube bundle rotation rollers ensure full, 360° cleaning coverage for every application.

Tailor your cleaning power with multiple head options—from concentrated high-power jets to wide-path coverage—paired with compatibility for a full range of pressures and flows to maximize efficiency. Standard 24 ft (7.3m) and 36 ft (11m) lengths accommodate diverse tube bundle sizes, with simple auto-stops to match stroke length perfectly, eliminating wasted time during operation.
